If you can get ordinary jewels to +20, it will have close to +10~+15 supernus stats. We would not worry so much about having fewer slots to enchant as 4th slot had 50% chance to work, iirc. 5th 30% and 6th 10%: Btw, by that math 7th slot would have 10% chances to work.
Ideally, if you have the cash: Exi earring, necklace and bracelets, reinforced for magic attack damage. S1 biskra belt (navy steel) enchanted with hp sad souls enchanted with hp. That gives decent HP and takes int / con bonuses while maximizing damage.
If you should go for max damage, set of supernus jewels to change cheap +30 & armors enchanted 6/6 with svs 3 elec damages. 5*8+30*8+14*6*3=532 magic/elec damage, add tempest passive 15% and you would have 611 more damage per aoe wave, or per bolt. Of course, you would be pretty much broke, and have <3.5k hp... But hey, you would probably kill anyone stuck in LR.
